Our firm takes a broad and inclusive view of sustainability. Conservation and preservation of the environment and our natural resources is a consistent objective in our work. Just as important is the well-being of the people who inhabit our projects and the environment. Projects within the urban core of cities reduce sprawl and conserve both natural and municipal resources. Through planning and economic development, we create economically sustainable projects that stabilize neighborhoods and become the catalyst for further urban development. Our practice views sustainable projects as those that are built for the longer term and are adaptable to new uses as cities evolve and change.
